At Insane Fitness we focus on functional training which will allow you to perform daily activities of life more easily and without injury.  While still challenging the body to its full potential by involving mainly weight bearing activities targeted at core muscles and lower back.

what we do

We focus on compound exercises that require more than one muscle group to work together.

Functional training helps your body to move more comfortable.  And a body that moves comfortably is more likely to burn more calories without exercise.

It also makes other workouts more effective and this benefit is key for people who are trying to lose weight.

Functional training can be done at home or at the gym
Using resistance bands or dumbbells, or do weight movements such as push-ups, pilates and squats.  


The purpose of functional training is to improve your ability to perform your everyday activities at each life stage. The activities of daily living change, and so should functional exercises.
Insane Fitness has functional workouts for every fitness level.


wHO wE ARE

We are a company based in Western Cape that has a vision and passion for Fitness in all levels.

 The owner, Angella du Toit, has always been pretty much in love with exercise.
Doing long distance athletics as she was growing up, took her mental strength to another level.

She has always had a vision of helping others overcome the things they thought would never be possible.  And to look at themselves in a better light.

She started off studying Somatology with anatomy as her main subject, where she learnt how the body works from bottom to top.

This excited her so much, and made her realize that had she only known what she now know's while she was still a younger thriving in athletics, she would have been able to go so much further with the sport.

She then studied all the different ways of training on the sideline and ended up working as a  Group training instructor teaching Spinning, Pilates, Aerobics, Step, Yoga and the list goes on.

After working at a Private gym in Houghton JHB she realised her vision was to combine all her knowledge and start her own "thing".

After moving to Paarl, she started with her own business and has never looked back.
Creating a wonderful, positive, encouraged space for people to help them push themselves pass their comfort zone.  And in so doing becoming the best, stronger, healthier versions of themselves.
