At IF Apparel, We strive to ensure timely and efficient delivery of Your orders. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our processes and Your responsibilities.

1. Shipping Regions
1.1 We currently ship within South Africa. International shipping options is not currently available.

2. Processing Time
2.1 Orders are typically processed within3 to 5 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or sales events.

3. Delivery Time
3.1 Delivery times vary depending on location and courier services. Estimated delivery times:

  • Local 3-5 business days

4. Shipping Costs
4.1 Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and selected courier service.
4.2 Please take note that We do not currently offer free shipping, regardless of the amount spent. 

5. Tracking Information
5.1 Once Your order has been dispatched, You will receive an email with tracking details. 5.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to track their package and ensure someone is available to receive it.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
6.1 IF Apparel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors such as courier issues, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 
6.2 If a package is lost in transit, IF Apparel is not responsible for the loss. However, customers may contact us within 2 days, and we will assist in providing relevant shipping details to help resolve the issue.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information
7.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. IF Apparel is not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect information.
7.2 If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

8. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
8.1 If a package is returned due to non-delivery (e.g., multiple failed delivery attempts), the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages
9.1 IF Apparel does not take responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been shipped. Customers should ensure they provide a secure delivery address and track their shipments accordingly.
